When we arrived, the flat was filthy. No cleaning had been done.A pile of 10 mattresses was placed outside the lift near the front door. Dust everywhere, floors were dirty. Cutlery was limited for one person but advertised for 4. Very poor service. Staff will bend over to help but need to be constantly reminded about cleaning. Management issues here.
