Quite a small comfortable room with all my needs

Responsive staff as they fixed all our issues very quickly. It was close to the beach and had lots of nature. It is a good spot to get away from the city. The pods were new, lovely and clean. The landscaping was nice. The twin room with terrace was lovely and the bed was comfortable with a proper mattress. The coffee provided was lovely. Being able to hire the bbq was fabulous but be prepared to bring everything including cutlery, plates etc. It’s kinda best to assume you will need everything except for the stove, coal and tongs.

The use of the word ‘hotel’ for this property was misleading, as the facilities equals to glamping in the UK. Although it was in the national park and you were surrounded by nature, the location of the ‘hotel’ was wedged in between three roads. The room was overlooking at the road, so when you are using the lovely terrace, people are staring at you as they drive past. They could even look into the room unless you have the door blinds down. It did not feel secluded nor private nor remote. On top of that, it was not quiet, due to the three roads. Please be careful when booking the rooms. The double room with terrace only had a tatami style bed but in the photo it looks like a normal mattress. This double room was very tiny (our fault for not checking the room size) and we couldn’t even bring our suitcases in.

The location is not actually within nature park and across the road. There’s no activities recommended by the hotel .

The place is clean and new.

It's more like a lodge than a hotel. The space in the room is very tight/limited. You could put up upper shelves for putting personal belongings since there's not much floor space.

Excellent location, right opposite the beach, near to the river and mountains. Quiet and peaceful and am amazing amount of stars at night. The facility is unstaffed, automatic self check in was easy. Staff attended once a day to clean and left coffee supplies etc. The free croissants were really nice.

The bed was very hard: tatami style with a very thin mattress. It would have really benefitted from a thicker mattress and pillows (neck and back ache). A double room but only 1 patio chair (we wanted to sit outside together at night to enjoy the stars).
