Mooi, groot en vrij nieuw appartement met grote keuken, eethoek, zithoek, grote slaapkamer en fijne badkamer met douchecabine, wat in Azie niet vaak zo is. Alles is schoon en netjes. Zitmeubilair op het grote balkon met uitzicht op zee waar je elke avond kunt genieten van de zonsondergang. Strand is niet overal zo schoon en er is weinig schaduw. Je kunt niet zwemmen in de zee vanwege de rotsen, maar er zijn wel overal poelen waarin je kunt zitten om af te koelen. En de golven die op de rotsen uiteenspatten zijn een mooi gezicht. Mooie plek voor een strandwandeling in de ochtend of avond. Op het dak een lekker zwembad. In Uswetakeiyawa is verder niet zo veel te beleven. Er zijn wat eettentjes en winkeltjes vlakbij de flat. Half uurtje met de tuktuk naar Colombo of Negombo en naar het vliegveld.

Afval op het strand. Je moet een eindje lopen voor je een plek vindt met wat schaduw.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making my stay extremely comfortable. The location was ideal—within easy reach of Negombo and Colombo. The nearby dining options were great.

Apartment was very clean, there was washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. We used pool on the roof, at 9pm there was no one there but us, nice city and ocean view, beautiful stars The host was very friendly and helpful

It is located in the middle of nowhere, honestly. Quick ride to the airport, but hard to find taxi and not much choice of the restaurants in the walking distance. There was no oil or salt and pepper in the kitchen, the water was barely warm, a/c and fan were very noisy There was some noise from beach parties in the evening and from school in the early morning

An amiable and helpful gentleman, Joseph, provided us with everything that we could ask for and We had an enjoyable time with stunning views all around. There are restaurants groceries lovely Sri Lankan, rice and curry, but most of all a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere in this area. I would recommend it for anybody who wishes a short stay or for the long hall since taxis are also very easy to come by. Best of all no mosquitoes!
