When I made this booking I didn’t see the deposit information else I’d have opted out. It was less than 20 minutes after the reservation I was made aware and I asked them to kindly cancel the reservation as I could not afford the 350 pounds deposit (there’s no way they didn’t have another customer to give the place to). I also explained that I was an international student and my budget could not handle this. The room costs 105 and they only offered to refund 15 quid. Booking.com also reached out to them and told them they won’t charge on their end , they still refused. They didn’t act like human beings and they didn’t have empathy. I begged for weeks and now they expect a review. I can’t speak on the state of the facility because I didn’t go there, but a business run by mean spirited entities is not one I will encourage anyone to approach or utilise. Kindness is everything and one good turn deserves another. I trust the universe to take care of the karmic side of things.

Nothing about this was value for money.

The shower did not work. No water from the shower head, I was unable to shower. I notified the landlord, who did not respond to many days after I checked out. The bathroom light did not work. I asked for a refund, and my request was ignored. I asked for a VAT receipt, which I am still asking for 6 weeks later. They are not responding to any calls, messages or emails. They need to removed from this platform, as this is a scam, which cost £135 per night.
