Neat flat. When I say neat the style.

The flat did not smell clean and there was a lady cleaning when we came. The curtains had lot of dust I could smell because I have sinus problems that I could not sleep. why does the flat not have aircon for the price people pay for it and it is Ballito it is very hot. The shower was not clean and we had to shower in a not cleaned bathroom area. The bedding also had a bad smell to it like it was not cleaned after the lost person that used the flat. I am a home owner and when you clean your place with cleaning stuff the home should have that clean smell to it and this flat did not for me I am really sorry but the owner need to get a person to clean that knows what it means to clean and change the bedding also before the next person comes in. And not be waiting for the owner to come pick the up but the flat don't smell clean for the next person.

The place is quet of what i wanted

First the owner need to invest on aircons coz not all of the guest use fan and the property hot no ventilators. Pool is too far and t been dirty we ddnt use it, the place is good for rentals not for bookings
