Clean and big

Location was out of tourist spots and mo taxi available all the time. Pool is not private its communal pool for all flats always busy and dirty

Eigentümer ist korrekt und voll in Ordnung, Schlüssel übergabe ist Reibungslos verlaufen ,die Sicherheitspersonal sind nett und Hilfsbereit ,die Lage ist auch Gut , genügend Taxis zum fahren Richtung Zentrum und kostet maximal 20 bis 30 Dirham, ab 20 Uhr vom Zentrum zum Appartement stellt sich schwierig und die Taxifahrt kann bis 200 DH kosten , mit dem Auto oder Motorrad ist alles viel einfacher.

Es ist sehr sehr laut durch spielende Kinder die Tag und Nacht no Stop im Hof spielen ( Sogar bis 3 Uhr Morgens ) sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt , Sicherheitspersonal haben mehrmals versucht die Eltern klar zu machen , das es nicht geht , aber ohne ergebnis .
