"Thank God only stay 1 night!"

Location and room size

The hotel NEED maintenance for its room… the room was damp due to high humidity, the smell of the room tells it all, bathroom not too clean. Towel is old and yellowing.

"never again. previous reviews kauded great location. 15 mins by car to main tourist area."

nice pool. rooftop bar area peaceful and staff friendly up there.

directly next to mosque with 430am wake up call. very loud. toilet disgusting and never cleaned in 3 days despite telling front desk about organic matter on toilet seat. water not replaced regularly, coffee mugs and glasses not replaced daily. you must only prefer local Indonesian food because no other options to eat. coffee at least hot.

Breakfast too crowded. Staff is not polite in answering question. Should inform the staff to refill the buffet breakfast. Quality of buffet breakfast is not like before. Asking bellboy too long - we take the trolley by ourselves. Parking area is dirty.
