The location of the appartment and the design

Heating was not working in all rooms. Nobody replied to my messages to fix it. It was quite cald most of the time in my bedroom especially during night. Also two of the beds were too narrow, like for children size, not for adults.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. There are three separated rooms + livingroom and kitchen, it is really huge. The location is perfect, metro and buses are near, but there are good restaurants, cafes and bakeries nerby. The neighbours were quiet when we were there. :) There is a lift. The apartment was clean and tidy.

We had a problem with the heating system, and we couldn't reach the owner. We just got an automatic answer. So the apartment was a little bit cold (for us). The other problem was a constant vibration near the kitchen wall (maybe it was also because of the same problem). Actually you could hear it as a noise. It was a little bit annoying, for four days. It is a pity, because I am sure it can be fixed. Apart from that it would be the perfect apartment.

Love the 3 bedroom property. The bed & mattress is very comfortable. Location is very residential. Very near cafe, brod & salt & lots of restaurants. Kitchen is very well equipped for more than 6 people. Location is strategic too!

Fijne locatie, vlakbij metro, koffietentjes, restaurant etc. De bedden waren erg comfortabel en het appartement heel ruim.

Er hing een intense ammoniak lucht in de keuken en uiteindelijk in het hele appartement. Toen we aankwamen zagen we dat er in de gootsteenkast een lekkage zat. Het personeel had vaatdoeken om de leidingen gedaan, maar de geur die hiervandaan kwam was niet prettig. Hopelijk is het probleem inmiddels verholpen.

Die Wohnung ist schön und die Lage super - Geschäfte, tolle Lokale und Öffi-Verbindungen in der Nähe.

Es gab ein starkes Geruchsproblem, das den Vermieter nicht sonderlich interressiert hat. Wenn man im Sommer die Fenster ständig offen lassen kann, ist es vielleicht nicht so schlimm - aber Ende Oktober ist das ein Problem. Beim Betreten der Wohnung bzw. in der Früh war es ganz schön heftig.

Det var kort vei til butikker, samt et nydelig bakeri rett over gaten. Det var og et variert tilbud av spisesteder.

Vi ble overrasket av elektrikere i leiligheten en dag, pluss avreisedagen. De arbeidet bl.a. på badet og etterlot det med borresmuss og småledninger på gulvet, ikke greit

Ubytovanie je blízko stanice metra, čo bolo úplne super. V blízkosti sú aj reštaurácie, fast foody a obchody s potravinami. Apartmán bol veľký, čistý, vzdušný, pekne zariadený, vybavený kuchynským riadom aj spotrebičmi. Aj izby boli priestranné. Päť ľudí tam úplne v pohode fungovalo. Ubytovanie môžeme len odporučiť.👌👍

V potvrdzujúcom emaily bolo uvedené číslo dverí apartmánu, no na dverách bytov na danom poschodí neboli uvedené žiadne čísla , len názvy..🤷‍♂️😜maličkosť, ale dôležitá keď hľadáte správne dvere .😜Inak bolo všetko super a ubytovanie môžem len odporučiť 😊
