The host was very rude. On the first day he gave out the room to another guest. On the second day, he gave me a small room which, though relatively comfortable,could do with some additional amenities. However, what happened today was the deal breaker. I had booked to stay for 4 nights. He texted demanding that I pay for the first night. I didn't see the text in the first instance and so he called to follow up and went on a tirade against me. Extremely rudely, he demanded that I pay up immediately and check out. He even demanded more money than was on the booking site. I had to turn back from where I was headed, return to the property,pay up, pack my belongings (including wet clothes) and leave. His tone, actions and the general attitude towards me (totally unprovoked) would be very good in the aggressive recovery or matatu industry, not hospitality.

Was self cooking. Security great

Bathroom tap permanently leaking lots of water please sort out Self cooking. But provide smaller cooking pots for a single meal Please also provide double burner I have to wait for meat to cook, then do veges, then do ugali. 2 plates would be fine

Everything to like. Owner is a genuinely kind and very accommodating person. Apartment is situated in a guarded and gated community, and was very clean and fully furnished. A minutes' walk from main Ngong road, it's situated close to shopping centers.
