That the apptment was central

100 steps to our 5 floor apptment when we arrived and the lift was’nt working.

Just a well-furnished apartment, with zero customer care.

This is the first time I’m leaving a negative review. But I would never stay at this apartment again or recommend it to friends. We were traveling with our two children and my elderly parents. The day before check-in, they messaged us asking to send our documents. We asked if it was possible to check in earlier than the stated check-in time of 5:00 PM (between 1:00 – 3:00 PM). They replied that early check-in was possible for an additional fee and that there was luggage storage nearby, also for a fee. We asked how much the early check-in would cost, but received no response. Later that evening, I wrote again, asking for a reply and explaining that my father had a fever. We even asked if he could at least rest in one of the bedrooms around 2:00–3:00 PM if the whole apartment wasn’t ready yet. They said they would check. And then – nothing. No support, no care. There was a coffee machine in the apartment, but the capsules provided were not compatible with it. No welcome gesture: no water, tea, wine, or biscuits. The dishwasher smelled strange and when we opened it — I’m attaching a photo. The air conditioners were not turned on, and it was extremely hot inside. We met the cleaning lady at the door — she gave us the keys.

Ήταν ένα ευρύχωρο και άνετο σπίτι με τρία μπάνια και τρία υπνοδωμάτια. Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ακριβώς πάνω από τους upper Barranca κήπους και λίγα τετράγωνα μακριά από το κέντρο.

The apartment was very spacious and modern . Location was great. Host had left a few basics for us which was appreciated.

The lift wasn’t working and doesn’t look like it had been working recently. Apartment is up 8 flights of stairs . I was asked to send a bank transfer for the Malta tax and also a copy of our passports. I was not happy about this so we left cash 15 euro on departure.

Huge modern apartment with 3 bathrooms!! Super friendly host as well and they accommodated our early check in time.

It’s a great apartment recently renovated. Very clean and spacious. Centrally located!!
