What an amazing hidden property. From the outside you wouldn't expect to see such architectural designs and style.. simply wow. The property has everything you need. 30mins walk from the airport (doable at 5am) 15mins walk to most areas and eateries. Pisa Centrale train station is about 15/20mins walk so you can have a day trip to Florence :) The taxi from the airport to the apartment was about 7mins and was €14. I would stay again :)

It’s a real masterpiece of a place, definitely worth staying. It was not cold or wet in winter, we enjoyed staying. It’s close to the river bank and 15-20 minutes of walk to Pisa tower. 30 minutes of walk to Pisa airport

No bath supply at all, we had to throw out the litter while the boxes nearby are coded, so it was a challenge to find a not closed one.

The Place is magnificent. Its like staying in a Museum, the ceiling is just wow. The location is also great we actually walked it from the airport and its within walking distance to the Pisa tower. There is a playground nearby making it ideal for young children.

The level of cleanliness was not that great. As in the place was clean however the sofa, poufs are very stained need to be properly steam cleaned. The place is at the ground floor and has no proper ventilation creating quite a musty odor. The only windows are at street level so leaving windows open gets very noisy and at times smelly from car pollution or smokers passing by.

Really close to the leaning tower, shops, restaurants and train station. Easy to access and good communication from host! Accommodation was clean and spacious and had all basic amenities.

Had a TV but was not connected to the WiFi even tho the WiFi was available and good signal. Asked if host could book a taxi to airport on the last day as would find it difficult to properly pronounce the address over the phone to taxi company but host just text a taxi number and left us to it!

Location was excellent, great communication and absolutely no hastle.

Only thing I can think of is that the freezer was full of ice and unusable. Wasn't an issue for us but could be for others.

This is a lovely and well-appointed apartment close to the centre of Pisa. The leaning tower and Campo dei Miracoli are a pleasant 20 minute walk away, which takes you along the river and through the pedestrianised centre of Pisa. The central station, with connections to Lucca, Florence and Pisa Airport, is a 10-15 minute walk or a short taxi ride. The apartment has everything you need, including good WiFi, a fully fitted kitchen and a relaxing lounge/dining area. If you prefer to eat out, there is a wide choice of good restaurants and fast food outlets in the surrounding area. Communication from the host was excellent and we had no problems picking up the keys or checking out.

we booked this apartment, but in the evening of the first day of our trip, while we tried to enter the building again, we got stuck outside. We contacted the owner and she said we need to ring to the neighbors to go in the building and she can't do more and we told her that nobody wants to open us. we managed to get in with the neighbors that came to the building. We went outside after an hour to eat and stuck again. Nobody wanted to help us and the owner didn't answer the phone, it was at night, and cold outside. so we booked a hotel nearby. We had nothing on us, no charger, no passports, all of our belongings were in there. The day after, we were told by the owner that there was a broken key in the main door of the building, and they wanted us to pay 60€ for the key. Although, it wasn't us and we proved it to her. She told us to pay 20 € tourism tax and after the transfer she will send us the code for the key box. What i never got back either. As we asked her for a refund, she said we need to contact booking.com to get it. So we contacted booking and they told us they need to contact the owner. The ower said to booking that she offered us a compensation, what she never offered. In the end, nobody refunded us, not the owner and not booking.
