The whole unit was Infested with cockroaches.

Nothing, there were already occupied at my arrival by a big family of cockroaches

The tower is connected to the shopping mall. Professional staff and strict security personnel afforded a feeling of safety. Close proximity to Greenhills Shopping Center and Mega Mall. Centrally located between Manila, San Juan, and Makati.

The place is in one of the tower with access to the mall, and easy access to different transportation. Even though it is by the mall the place is well secure with multiple access area. The staff are respectful. There’s enough elevator so you don’t have to wait long. Love the balcony view especially at night. Bed is firm, towels and bathrobe provided. Air conditioner cools the area fast, great water pressure and hot water when needed. You have enough kitchen wares and utensils if you want to cook food or just heat up your food. I just encountered 2 hiccups not the owners fault. The people ahead of us stayed over their allotted time thus I wasn’t able to access the condo by my requested time. The cleaning time longer than I anticipated but the place was clean . The place is a keyless entry, I have to bother the owner few times because we were locked out. He was able to return my call/ message immediately and fix it remotely. I would highly recommend the place.
