Great location. The flat had everything you could ever need, very modern and nicely decorated. The red haired girl(sorry didn’t get your name)on reception was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Location, size of apartment, clean, very comfortable.

Lack of any mirrors. Be good to have a mirror with socket nearby for hair drying. Also be good to have full length mirror in bedroom(s). Wouldn’t cost much to put in.

Great location but that's the only good bit.

Upon arrival we were told that we would have to pay a £50 Deposit, we were told that this was a pre authentication only, this though is not the case, they do take £50 from your card. They then say that the money will be promptly returned to your account, this for us didn't happen and we have had to have a rather heated discussion with Vicki in reception about getting our money back almost a week later. Also when we arrived in the apartment it was freezing cold as the heating wasn't on. We requested a double bed, unfortunately we were presented with 2 single beds pushed together with a gap in the middle. How this is acceptable is beyond me. Still waiting for our £50..........

The apartment had everything we could need, was clean and comfortable. Excellent location, very central to the town centre. Perfect to relax in after a busy day. We had breakfast in the hotel too, which was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
