Great place. I've been in many hotels during my trip to Kenya, and this one is one of the best. Good wifi, nice furnitures, good view on the lake Nakuru. Very nice and friendly girl who cleans. Two bathrooms.

There's no balcony but You can't have everything :)

Clean and airy rooms. Safe parking. Working lift. Polite and helpful host.. Fast WiFi. Well equipped kitchen. The beautiful view of Lake Nakuru is the icing on the cake.. Very good standards..Thank you.

"They gave our rooms to other people for higher price"

Nothing

They gave the rooms to other people because they didn’y like the price of booking. When we decided not to leave until we had the rooms, they gave us and tried to charge more money to us. We had to be figthing for our rooms until 9 pm. They also canceled the booking in the app after sleeping there. The worst experience we could have.
