Spacious 3BR Apt, JQ Birmingham with Parking

Very helpful staff, accommodation was spot on. No complaints from the other lads.

It's a lovely apartment with plenty of space for four adults. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and loved the Jamaican restaurant right around the corner (yum!). The apartment is a short and easy walk to the tram going downtown. We took a train to Stratford-upon-Avon from the same station. Wonderful daytrip! It's a pretty quiet neighborhood, so maybe not for everyone, but we enjoyed it. We went to the Rolling Mill restaurant (also just around the corner) for breakfast one day and dinner twice. Great food! We took advantage of the discount offer that we received with our check-in info. Even though the servers and manager said they didn't know about these discounts, they graciously honored them when I showed the doc. What would have made our stay better? Simple things like some towel racks in the bathrooms or bedrooms, more hangers, salt and pepper shakers. Also, soon after we arrived, my allergies were set off. Turns out there were scented products in almost every room (plug-ins, oils & incense, soaps, etc.). I'm sure many people enjoy these fragrances, but they can be very uncomfortable for others. We gathered them up, put them in a closed cabinet and opened the windows. All simple fixes. Overall, we would recommend this apartment!

Great location , comfortable beds and bathrooms and kitchen all functioned well. Clean . Host easy to contact with helpful response. Good value .

Entrance area wasn’t very inviting , bed base on landing . Could do with another easy chair as only 1 sofa and 1 chair enough for 4 only and flat sleeps 6 /7 Wi fi tricky to access one day .

Great location, appointment and comfort. Host were super helpful and accommodating. Excellent comms.

Perfect place to stay for a group of friends,couples and families very clean very spacious bedrooms are perfect and the beds are comfy.

Everything

Spacious, bright. Lovely conversion , with loft type feel beautiful original windows. Modern decor but in keeping with the style of the Victorian building. Everything there, iron, hairdryer , all the necessary kitchen equipment. There wasn't anything that we were missing. Full length mirrors in bedrooms . Really pleasant communication with the host with very clear instructions on door codes , parking,wi-fi with photographs. Didn't need to contact her for anything during stay but confident she would respond quickly. . Location very central in the jewellery quarter with its many bars and restaurants all within a 5-7 minute radius. We were 6 who meet every year and we have stayed in apartments all over Birmingham and everyone agreed this was the best and we would like to stay there again.
