Guests highly rate the amazing location and frequently praise the great apartment.
GBThe living room area is amazing and the tv and soundbar are great, kitchen is well equipped for cooking whatever you’d like. The bedroom is nice and has a separate tv. It was very clean for us.
Shower pressure could be better but that’s about it
GBAmazing location and apartment!
GBBreakfast not applicable as we self catered. Location was very good as very central for shops and on regular bus routes. Milk was provided for our arrival, and there was plenty of tourist information present as well. The apartment was spacious, and the private enclosed parking was much appreciated.
Property advertised as a "modern apartment" - however it was an old building which had been only partially modernised. The windows were generally in a poor condition - the bedroom window had a sign saying "do not open as this is broken" and this caused us discomfort during a very hot spell of weather, and there was no fan provided. The lounge window did not operate properly and traffic noise from Woodstock Road was ever present. There were no operating instructions for any of the electrical appliances - this impacted our use of both TV's as the lounge one couldn't access the basic channels, and the bedroom one was not programmed at all. The lock on the front door was very flimsy, creating a potential security risk. No non slip bath mat was provided, creating a potential health and safety issue.

DOIt is well located, close to restaurants and grocery stores, The kitchen is spacious and equipped with the essentials, the bathroom is comfortable and spacious, which is unusual in apartments for rent in the UK. The bedroom is large enough with room to unpack. The owner was cooperative and quickly responded to any concerns.
The entrance stairs are uncomfortable to climb with suitcases, and it was never mentioned that you had to use them to enter the apartment. The internet is terrible, there was no way to get a stable connection for more than a minute. The owner tried to fix it, but she couldn't do anything.
GBProperty was clean enough and great location to the town.
Bed was uncomfortable in the middle where they have used two single mattresses. Wi-Fi didn’t work and there was no channels on the tv.

CZThe host provided clear instructions regarding how to collect the keys as well as what not to do (for example, not to touch or modify the settings related to heating). The apartment is lovely and is located in one of the most convenient spots in Oxford. There are cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants close by. Public transportation is also easily accessible. As for the apartment, it is spacious, has considerable storage space, and comes with several appliances (vacuum cleaner, washing machine etc). I liked the fact that the host provided crystal-clear information regarding recycling. They also provided clean towels and toiletries. I found it helpful that most things were labelled (tea/coffee etc). Even though I did not use them, the apartment also has two huge TVs-- something, I am sure TV buffs would enjoy! Overall, if one plans to stay for a few weeks, this apartment is a good option because it is spacious and located in a great place.
What I think could have been improved was the cleanliness. While the apartment was superficially clean, there was considerable dust in the corners. Because I am sensitive to dust, I had to spend some time cleaning up because it made my nose runny and my eyes puffy. I was glad, therefore, to find that the hosts had provided a vacuum cleaner, for that did make life easier. Moreover, I noticed that some dishes and utensils in the kitchen weren't cleaned properly-- as a result, throughout my stay, I did not cook. I know I tend to be finicky about cleanliness, so this could just be a pet peeve. Aside from this, I also found the water pressure in the bathroom a bit low, and the Wifi was spotty (especially in the bedroom).
