Le Suite del Lungomare Catania

letto della suite molto comodo, vasca pulita e funzionante

Un bel ambiente tutto bello è tranquillo

La suite était incroyable avec un gros écran juste en face du lit parfait pour une soirée télé avec le jacuzzi et la douche et qui était magnifique. En plus la terrasse a une vue sublime avec le lever du soleil pour ceux se levant tôt.

Le seul bémol est son emplacement un peu à l écart et peu animé pour ceux venant seul même si il y a la gare de train se trouve à côté .

Train station Catania Ognina is about a 5 min walk, quiet neighborhood. The owner speaks a little English and is always available via WhatsApp. On our last day it was pouring rain (we went in January) and since our flight left in the evening, he, very generously, allowed us to stay at the place till we had to get going for only €10 per hour. Bed is comfortable, little kitchenette with tea bags. The balcony has a stunning view to Etna and a little bit of the sea, very beautifully designed with palm trees. Cozy.

The property is a bit worn compared to the pictures but in Italy it’s acceptable. Hot tub is more like a bath tub not a jacuzzi and the couch was literally falling apart as we sat on it. I’ve been having vacations in Italy for years, so I kind of expected something like that by now, no bad points for that. The bathroom has no door, you can “close” it to make it more private with a paravan space divider but it’s not that comfy, if you know what I mean.
