Le check in bien trop compliqué. On nous demande de re remplir des infos que booking a deja + de faire un selfie de notre visage. Je ne vois pas pourquoi je dois donner une photo de mon visage + je ne vois pas l’interêt de redonner des infos alors que j’ai deja tout sur booking. En plus de ça, ça ne marchait pas. Faut faciliter les choses. En revanche merci à la personne par message qui a été réactive.

1.住宿位於克魯薩河旁的亞伯特鎮，距瓦納卡湖很近，到周圍景點都方便！克魯薩河旁有條優美步道及露營區，很適合散步！ 2.屋內設施齊全，整齊乾淨，是度假、消磨時光的好住處。旁邊就有四方廣場超市及一間烘焙早午餐店。 3.使用鑰匙開門，有專屬停車位，進出方便！

The apartment was modern, in a quiet and private place and very comfortable for the four of us. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the living area and kitchen and the private outdoor seating area was lovely. Everything was clean and well presented. This apartment was very flexible for bedding, providing a queen bed and two singles which suited our group well.

We had trouble finding the apartment by ourselves without help as the addressing instructions (numbers) stated on the booking.com site were difficult to interpret. I was unaware an email had been sent as usually all instructions for check in are messaged through the app. Finally we went to an office on the premises where we were able to get help On leaving there were no check out instructions on the app or on the email regarding where to leave the key so we had to leave the apartment unlocked and send a message to the host as the office was unattended and locked. There was a load of wet washing (belonging to the apartment) that had been left in the washing machine which we found on the second day.

Excellent Accommodation, a home away from home. Everything was absolutely perfect.
