"Lacked bare Essentials"

Apartament was spacious, and in good location.

Apartment was sufficiently furnished but needed updated 70s. Sanitaryware, (2 showerooms) was either broken, dirty, could not hold water, or discharge water from both showers, WC, Bidet, WHB. Also, not adequately serviced for visitors from UK, EUROPE. Facilities lacked, Extractor Fan in Kitchen and shower rooms, lacked, microwave, kettle or tea/water heater, toaster, teapot, mugs, or any wastebaskets. One only bedlinen/towel change for family of 5 adults cost €100 at €20 each person for 14 days stay. Late Entry Fee 11.50pm €100, Refundable Deposit €250, €88 Cleaning Fee?? (Not clean)
