"Great vacation."

The property was good location, I’m looking more forward to trying their up stairs rooms if they ever open them later.
Well I wish every room had a kitchen but that’s okay too, I wish the trash cans were more bigger though.

The facilities are really great and a very homely place. Highly recommended and budget wise.
Everything is good except for some minimal things, like the rugs for the bathroom. The check-out time, preferably at 12nn, but since the staff were kind, there was no problem at all. I would also like to suggest also if you change the frypan to a nonstick pan. But overall was great and will surely return to this place.

1. Clean toilet and bath. 2. Walking distance to market, groceries and hospital. Beach is 2km away. 3. It's nice for its price. 4. Gated and parking area.
1. No bidet. 2. Slow water pressure in the morning. The tank got empty just when we were taking a bath 🙁 3. They only have 2 pillows for 3 guests. Maybe they could provide a comforter. 4. Gate was locked at 10pm. We were not able to buy food.

I like the location of the facility. It's close to convenience stores, market, and grocery store. I also love the walking distance to the beach. Very cool!
It's a bit noisy in the evening from cars and motorcycles driving by, but I got used to it.

The laundry service topped it off. I like the parking and the kitchen in the family room. The location was so convenient regarding places to eat and walking distance to the market and grocery store.
