We all loved everything about the apartment The host was able to help us check in earlier which was so helpful as we had a baby in our family group Reidun showed us how to use the facilities and showed us around the apartment She was so lovely and helpful The apartment is amazing everything is perfect The beds are comfortable The coffee machine was so good The views are incredible and took our breath away Really appreciated the washing machine and dryer as we had been traveling for a while It’s in a great location surrounded by a great little bakery and restaurants We were still talking about how wonderful our stay was when we had to move on to our next destination

The best in Tromso, it is worth the price. The host welcomed us and showed us the way to the apartment. Everything is new in the apartment and looks exactly like the pictures. The view is amazing and it looks better in real life. Would definitely visit again. Thanks Raidun.

Nothing. All was perfect

Very beautiful flat, wonderful view on the sea, modern, well furnished even if it missed some things like a bedside table and a place to put the clothes in each bedroom. Quiet comfortable beds.

The host didn't show us all the facilities, as if she didn't want us to use them: there was a stove on the balcony, but she didn't put a gas bottle in it, so she didn't mention it to us, just like the fireplace, for which we had to ask how it worked, but we found out after 1 hour that it wasn't lighting any more, probably because it had run out of gas, which is why she didn't tell us about it. Also she forbade us to smoke on the balcony, whereas as a smoker, if you put so much money into having a balcony, it's not to go smoking downstairs ! This should be clearly stated in the Booking advert. She wouldn't show us how to open the veranda windows, nor how to put coffee in the machine: according to her it was full, whereas the next day I already had to add some... The cleanliness of the oven and the dishes was questionable, and one bathroom floor was very slippery. The room with the single bed was really small, with only the bed in the room. We had no welcome attention (no local products available, not even a few ice cubes in the freezer, just some tap water in the fridge), nor clear information on how to get out of the neighborhood without going over a steep ramp (she knew we had a wheelchair, but we discovered the pedestrian way out through the parking lot on the last day, on our own). Moreover, the building and neighborhood were only partially accessible to wheelchairs, as the door skirting boards were too high to roll over. For such a price, we expected a better welcome.

This unit was one of our favorite of all time! Still dreaming about those views. You will not find better in Tromsø!
