"simply disappointing"

It was close to my family in Kalawaan

I booked the unit for 1 month for my partially disabled brother accompanied by my sister (my brother is non speaking only uses sign language). No one came to check if the occupants are ok or if they need some assistance on what is available for them. Having rented the unit for 1 month I was disappointed as it is kind of a no human touch! I rented the unit for my brother who was going through a series of medical examination for his eyes. He cannot speak or see properly only using sign language and gestures at best. Without prior notice the electricity was turned off on the last day, almost saying get out now! A little harsh treatment for a local resident and disabled person. Not to mention for a returning customer as I paid for brothers stay. The guards are very well accommodating though as my sister said. Well done guards maybe the owner could learn a little from them.
