Pescadores Beach Seaview Apartment

We loved the 1st floor apartment. It was nice and spacious for our family. The kitchen had all the useful appliances so we were able to cook and eat our own meals. The pool was lovely and at this time of year, it was nice and quiet. We used the balcony alot to sit and chill and the views were fantastic. The location was so great, so close to the beach and amenities. The pool area and communal area was cleaned by maintenance staff during our stay which was good.

There is no air-conditioning so the bedrooms were very hot at night although it helped to have the fan in each bedroom supplied by the host. If you slept with the doors open, the traffic noise was sometimes loud so was more quiet with the doors and shutters closed but then hotter! Just to be aware that to access the pool, you have to walk through the underground garage/car park.

Die Unterkunft war sehr groß. Ich schätze 100 m². Genau wie beschrieben zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, eine große Küche, zwei Bäder, komfortabel eingerichtet und in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr gut beschrieben, wie wir in die Wohnung kommen. Zu dem Haus gehört auch ein Pool außen wie innen, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wirklich wohl gefühlt. Ein Plus ist auch die Nähe zum Strand zu Fuß circa 10 Minuten. Ebenfalls sehr nahe ist, ein kleiner Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf. In der Tiefgarage hat es sogar zwei zur Wohnung gehörende Stellplätze. Etwas verwirrend war die Beschriftung mit verschiedenen Nummern (05 und 11) Aber auch hierbei half uns der Vermieter unkompliziert und schnell. Als besonderes Entgegenkommen empfinden wir den späteren Checkout um zwölf statt um 11:00 Uhr. Der Vermieter hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Kommunikation funktionierte auf Englisch oder portugiesisch.

Nachts war es doch etwas lauter, da hier viele Touristen wohnen und auf dem Heimweg dann nicht gerade leise sind. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts Das ist der einzigste Grund für den Punktabzug, sonst wären es zehn Punkte gewesen.

L' appartamento è molto grande e ben tenuto. La posizione è comoda e vicina a tutti i principali servizi e alla spiaggia, anche se noi non siamo mai andati. La piscina è un vero toccasana perché visto il gran caldo è l' unica fonte di refrigerio.

La mancanza di aria condizionata, abbiamo sofferto molto caldo, la sera non puoi aprire le finestre perché entrambe le camere affacciano nella via principale e c'è molto casino. Nell' appartamento c'era un ventilatore e ne abbiamo chiesto un altro che ci è stato tempestivamente fornito. Altro punto a sfavore (MA NON DELLA STRUTTURA) è la località di Armacao de Per a che NON consiglio, un ammasso di palazzoni e grattacieli, non sembra neanche di essere in Algarve.

Lovely pool with all of the other people in the flats which we made friends with. Very comfy, amazing views, the kids were entertained by the cartoons. Everything was amazing.

There are a few things that can be improved. One of the things is the very few dishes and glasses that they offer.

Розташування чудове! Все у пішій доступності- кафе, ресторани, пляж, тури, супермаркети. Затишно, гарний краєвид з балкона. Теплий басейн. Доволі гарно обладнана та забезпечена основним необхідним.
