The worst mattress in the world but the very bad thing was that the room was very cold and the A/C NOT WORKING and when I ask at the reception they said that they have a heating system for the building but it’s not work only if the temperature goes more lower. Anyway the result was the room was cold and humidity too much.

unfortunately we had the sink blocked but the reception guy fixed and cleaned it quickly. we couldn't dry our hair in the middle of the night because the hair dryer was completely broken and the there weren't anybody to help us. they gave us another hair dryer but it was almost broken too. it was really uncomfortable to take a shower. the hotel is far away from the train station (20-25 mins walk) and from the principal bus stop that brings you to amsterdam central. the only near bus stop is the 161 but it pass every hour and it stops pass after 18/19 pm. the cleaning service is not included so you have to bring your towels to the reception and change them, same things for changing toilet paper and other stuff. they don't have food preparation equipment.

een werkende douche, was alleen een bad zonder stop dus het water liep direct weg. geen rolgordijn of iets dergelijks voor de ramen in de badkamer, dus vrij zicht van buiten de badkamer in. erg gedateerd allemaal.
