Love the kitchen facility of an apartment. it was stocked with all utensils. Lovely layout and comfortable

A bigger desk/work area would be great

It was exceptionally clean, great facilities and the staff gave excellent service.

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times and it never fails to live up to my expectations. The minute I checked in, all the staff were ready to help and made me feel so welcome. My most recent stay was the last week I was in Korea and they made me feel at home during a busy and emotional week. They also upgraded my room free of charge and always welcomed me with a smile. The hotel was very clean with excellent amenities and anything you could want was provided in the apartment. It’s designed so you can stay there for a long stay as it has a kitchen. The gym is also good with all the machines and weights you could need. When I return to Korea on business, I will stay here as it’s location is also good. I will recommend this place to family and friends.

Good sized rooms and very well equipped. Great amenities within the same building (7-11, couple of restaurants, excellent gym/spa, etc..) top-end appliances. Very pleased with the quiet Miele washing machine. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful.

Whilst totally fine and not really a “don’t like”, the only comment would be that it’s on the verge of becoming a little dated and perhaps in the need soon for some improvements.

One bedroom suite was Spacious and had comfortable bed. Sauna and fitness center were right next to each other which was nice. Helpful and kind staff! 13min walk to TheHyundai shopping center

10 yrs old building (which I don't mind)

The room was not soundproof and I was woken up by the noise of children and other guests in the hallway early in the morning, almost every day.

This was a superb location for families with kids especially as there were well equipped laundry, kitchen facilities & wide space within the unit for them to play in.

Quite far from convenient stores as this is in a business area with limited places to shop for family essential like diapers.
