Residence Fragole Apartment Venice

The apartment was fantastic—spacious, modern, and extremely well-equipped. From high-tech check-in and smart locks to quality appliances, everything was designed for comfort and convenience. I especially loved the custom furniture in the bedroom—it gave the space a unique and stylish touch. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The location is also great, particularly if you’re traveling by car—easy access and convenient for exploring the area. Overall, a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

We were met at the apartment and had the option to use remote keys or physical keys which was my preference. The host checked in with us via messaging to check if we needed anything. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the local residents very friendly always greeting us with a Bon journo and a smile. We did not have a car and relied on public transport which was not a problem at all. We had pre-purchased an ACTV 3 day travel pass which starts when first activated at an official ACTV machine. The no 19 bus 2 minutes walk from the apartment goes straight into Venice Piazzale Roma the main bus and train hub. it takes about 20 minutes and buses are very regular We used the bus, buying a ticket from the local 'Tabac' for 75 cents one way into Venice bus station at Piazzale Roma and validated our travel pass. From then on we hopped on and off Vaporetto's, water buses, people carriers etc. A great way to see Venice. I would 100%v recommend this apartment to all my family and friends. Would also recommend the local restaurant 4m mins walk from the apartment. It was so good we went twice. Also there is a Lidl about 26 mins walk away. We did the walk but would suggest hopping on the No. 19 bus which stops outside.

Very petty however if I had to write anything negative. I did miss not having a toaster. The coffee machine, biscuits, jams, marmalades and water were very much appreciated.
