Appartement zeer gehorig, je hoort alle buren in het gebouw, apparatuur in keuken defect, zeer harde matrassen (maar dit kan kwestie van voorkeur zijn).

Spacious nice apartment with 3 bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, welcome prossecco.

No air-conditioner, the street is noisy if you open the window.

The apartment, located at the first floor of an impressive old building, is big, clean, has three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and a nice kitchen with everything that is needed inside. It is 10 min by foot close to the lake and ferries, the stadium, the historic centre, San Giovani and Lago railway stations, on a cozy narrow one way quiet street. 20 min to Como Borghi railway station. Restaurants right across the street. 5 min far to a big supermarket. Self check in online, no face to face meeting with the host, who was available and helpful at the phone.

There is no balcony or air conditioning. It gets hot inside during the warm days of summer. The check out is exactly at 12 a clock, a minute later you can not enter the premises with the given password anymore, if you left your luggage there and went for a last walk.

Loved that this is a 3 bed property - great for travelling with a group of friends & not easy to find a 3 bed in Como at such a reasonable price . It was cozy , clean & had 2 bathrooms which also was fab . The apartment was in a good location very near San Giovanni train station one end of the road , a 24 hour carrefour supermarket just behind & the football stadium & lake at the other end of the road . We did enjoy our stay Thankyou .

No major negatives - If you are a light sleeper like me - bring some ear plugs I had to go and buy some , as the traffic noise was a lot for me, especially on the the football game night - as traffic was at a standstill outside for a few hours into the early morning , but the ear plugs sorted this out. ! Also I mentioned to our host we had no coloured bags to separate our rubbish which is normal for me when i come to Como but they do not do this in this apartment- so we used our shopping bags from the supermarket to dispose of the main waste and left the other bits in the apartment as advised by the host . ( this wasn’t a real problem for us just wanted to makesure we were separating waste correctly)

Renewed apartment, with very good conditions and good location

Only remark is about one of the mattress in one room, which was not good.

The property was cozy, user friendly neat and warm. With a less than 10 min walk from the squares.
