Excellent location, pine trees all around, well-groomed and competent staff, extremely supportive. Small buts won't matter to you thanks to their endearing and cooperative behaviour. Property manager Vikas Chauhan and Pankaj Pasbola both are just amazing, manages the show flawlessly. Bravo! I appreciate your hospitality.

Not a good place for the kids. There should be some in-house activities and indoor games available.

Since the occupancy was low.... we really got full attention personalized attention from the staff in general, but mostly so from Chef Narinder and Manager Pankaj

The property was wanting in landscaping and spots for outdoor activities like bar-be-que or bonfires

A few more facilities especially guidance on what to see, Bathroom toiletries could be better - and a hair dryer

- Perfect Location for a getaway from City hassle, Bit away from Lansdowne & that's what exactly i was looking, Zero noise of any vehicle or any person which is common in Lansdowne. - Rooms are distant apart from each other which makes no interference from other guests. - Staff is very helpful & corporative, with a single call they were just next to your door. A big thanks for Mr. Vikas Chachuan ji, General Manager of the property who made our stay very comfortable and memorable.

To be very honest, there is no such thing which i didnt like, Yes only a small point which i notice if you are coming with any senior person who cant climb or walk much, then this place could be a little challenging because hotel didnt have traditional type of building and Lift.
