Posizione perfetta. Appartamento spazioso. Pulitissimo. Molto comodo. Buona la interazione e rapidità risposta ai quesiti.

Elettrodomestici ed alcune forniture interne di scarsa qualità, non all'altezza della struttura. Mancava qualsiasi cosa dentro appartamento: da una semplice saponetta per le mani alla caffettiera. Va bene chiedere un supplemento per chi volesse biancheria ma praticamente appartamento nudo e crudo.

Wi-fi hardly worked - unfortunately nowadays you need the internet to book services, etc The fact that it is not mentioned "anywhere" that the bedding and towels have to be paid separately, extra and in cash at check-in. That the safety box did not work. Never got feedback about it. That we needed to take our rubbish to the public bins. Bathroom lights did not work. Bathroom tap filer dirty.

The area is good

Everything besides the area. The host is extremely complicated. Strict and short checkin times which let the vacation start hectic, weeks ago we already got contracted several times when exactly we want to check in, which can’t be confirmed weeks ago when you arrive by car. Even after we arrived the host was calling us and sending many messages not leaving us alone! Very Expensive, no free parking around, no soap, expensive fee for towels and bed sheets. You have to bring the trash to the trash bin on the streets yourself. All of this in combination with the high price is a nightmare. The whole apartment smelled like fried chicken, opening the window during the night is not possible due to the noises. Check out at 10am which is early already - then the cleaning person was standing in our apartment without knocking or ringing at 9:40am, absolute NO-GO!!! We had a funeral that was why we had to arrive one day later, of course they did not accept giving us a refund (even though they said so in advance) when we arrived it was not possible anymore. No empathy for our situation, even annoying us to the maximum about the arrival time. Then they even asked us for the tourist tax for all nights - Given the fact that bardolino has many amazing places to stay that are even cheaper and nicer, I would 100% not recommend this place and especially not this host, if you prefer a chilled vacation.
