Very clean property and this is prime concern for us. Very good location for activities in both Tempe and Scottsdale. Good location for shopping as well ( groceries, etc) If someone is renting for a longer period the storage available is marvelous.

The kitchen could be a bit better supplied with items like a cutting board and a better selection of silverware. Great microwave and electric water pot though. Not much to dislike. Would be nice to have a place to mail letters.
