The apartment is in a perfect location in the center of the city Thessaloniki, just a few steps from the promenade by the seaside. The apartment is on the first floor of the building and was recently renovated. There is also an updated bathroom with nice fixtures. The apartment also has a new kitchen. The apartment is near all important bus stops for arriving from the airport as well as for connections around the city itself.

The bed in the bedroom is very poor quality. The slats under the mattress are shorter than the width of the bed, so the mattress and boards just fail to the floor in an instant. We had to make the same ones twice. The sofa in the living room does not have the minimum conditions for sleeping. It is so hard and ruined that it needs to be replaced urgently. The apartment does not have a view of the city streets or the sea. The view through the windows of the apartment is oriented towards the atrium between the buildings. There is no USB charging port anywhere in the apartment.
