The apartment is in a great location in the center of Valtournenche, in a quiet area, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the town, with free parking next to the apartment. The apartment is very warm, which is nice when staying in winter. But it is very small, so you should be prepared for the space to be minimal. There were 3 of us and we had to be inventive when it came to drying clothes after skiing, ski boots or bath towels (there is a clothes dryer on the terrace, but there is very little space to put it inside. It should be easier in the summer as the terrace is big). We found a lot of dishware in the kitchen, which is convenient, because there is a dishwasher. But in general, the cooking utensils could be better: the frying pan is worn out, there is no bowl suitable for salad. It would also be nice to find a few capsules for the dishwasher and washing machine so that you don't have to buy the whole package for few days. There was no kitchen towel and sponge. The washing machine and dishwasher were very useful, as was the coffee machine. The biggest minus: we found the apartment very poorly cleaned: the floors were not washed, the toilet was not cleaned. The shower is good, there was always enough hot water. The bed in the bedroom is also good, but the pull-out sofa-bed was terrible: the mattress was stained with blood, the floor under the bed wasn't cleaned for a long time. Therefore, the child slept on the unfolded sofa, which is not very comfortable. Good thing is that the bedding is in good condition, and the sheets and towels are washed in a professional laundry and are really clean. The description states that there is wireless internet, but it did not work (we tried to reboot, it did not help). In short, this is an economical option with all the most important amenities, recommended for 2 people.

The location was good. The parking was good. It was very quiet. All the facilities for short or long stays was there. Tv has some English channels. Easy to load and unload care with no stairs.

There were no detailed instructions that would have helped. The stove was a little tricky but once figured out was easy. The property manager was difficult to get ahold of by phone. And did not speak much English.

Very nice view from the balcony. The apartment, which is not very large, has everything you need for cooking and for a comfortable stay for a few days. There is lots of free parking near the hotel.

The apartments are not very thoroughly cleaned after previous guests. We found some things left by the previous guests and did not understand how this could happen. There were already used toothbrushes and containers of food in the fridge. (We also left some food that we could not take with us, so maybe when you check in you will find bananas, orange, tomatoes, mozzarella and lemons) There is a great parking lot under the hotel, which was completely empty, but when I asked one of the men who called himself the owner if we could park there, I was asked if we had booked a parking lot, we hadn't because we didn't know about it. Since there were plenty of free parking spaces near the hotel, we didn't bother to write to anyone and arrange for parking under the hotel, but if it's important to you, then make arrangements in advance.
