Good vibe, friendly staff

The location in the heritage area with breakfast terrace overlooking the Mekong.is wonderful. Teak floor room felt traditional,comfortable bed and good AirCon. We were made to feel very welcome. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Not chic or stylish but what do you expect for the great price.!

Poor choice of breakfast

The Recipectionist did not greet or acknowledge ua during the stay. As well as indifferent to requests and questions asked about the lack of amenities. Did not receive everything advertised. The breakfast buffet is very poor quality and cold. I don't recommend it .

The hotel is walking distance to the main street. The view during breakfast. Having 2 big beds. The beds where comfortable. The laundry service.

The room has lots of windows but only 1 is in use so the room was super dark. The breakfast was not special. It was ok though. The restaurant where the breakfast is served has aged. To be fair most the restaurant and cafes on this street are. The value for money does not seem right to us.

The hotel is located right on the Mekong and short walk to the Main Street. The room was large and spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable. Hotel was clean as well.

The WiFi kept on dropping and was very poor in the room. The lad at reception wasn’t very useful and one of the lads who did the desk doesn’t speak any English. Breakfast was across the road nice view but was fairly limited for selection.

I could not access internet from my room and had to go down to the lobby to use it. The main staff person, who was there during business hours was very nice. He set up several tours for me and was kind. But the 2 people who staffed it early in the morning and later in the evening did not have good english skills and were generally not helpful. Location was great as was the housekeeping.
