The staff could not recommend anything or answer our questions. They made mistakes when trying to book our train ticket that was fixed by the 'boss' after we requested a meeting. The breakfast pictures look like a large carte delicious American breakfast when its a buffet of cold fried eggs, congee, and a huge carafe of tasteless coffee. Based on previous reviews, we think this hotel has made cost-cutting measures and did not meet our expectations. We suggested to boss that pictures on booking reflect the buffet. We would suggest you dont take breakfast here and go visit wonderful bakeries up the road nearby.

Perfect location for exploring Luang Prabang. Gorgeous King room, couldn't have asked for a comfier, more appealing room to stay in during my time here. The balcony was an added bonus. Made for a memorable stay!

Somw of the rooms looked dark as they were at the back of the property. Front rooms or room 11 which is on its own st the too with huge outside space but no view

Zimmer 10 ist eine absolute Zumutung. Die Fenster führen in eine Küche im Hinterhof. Der Küchenlärm und auch die Gerüche sind so deutlich, als sei man direkt in der Küche drin. Und das Ganze zu einem relativ hohen Preis. Meiner Meinung nach völlig inakzeptabel. Ich würde hier nicht erneut buchen

Nuestra habitación era espaciosa, limpia y tenía un balcón precioso donde podía disfrutar de mi café matutino mientras contemplaba el río. El personal era increíblemente amable y se desvivía por hacerme sentir bienvenido. Nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones sobre las atracciones locales e incluso nos ayudaron a organizar el transporte.

A Villa Alounsavath tem a combinação perfeita entre as vibrações da velha guarda do Laos e o conforto moderno. A decoração em madeira dá uma sensação acolhedora e caseira. Meu quarto tinha tudo o que eu precisava: ar-condicionado frio, cama confortável, banheiro limpo, tudo de bom. Mas o verdadeiro vencedor? Aquela pequena varanda privativa com vista para o rio. Passei muito tempo sentado ali, relaxando depois de andar pela cidade o dia todo. A equipe também era muito gentil, sempre pronta para ajudar com um sorriso. E a localização? Excelente, exatamente onde você quer estar.
