Sapphire Hotel Blackpool

We had a lovely family room in the luxury apartment next door and cross the road from the beach had a kettle and coffee and clean cups could see the beach from our room window separate toilet to the shower room in our room very clean

Loud music and banging till 1am from next door

Location

The photos online is not how the 2 rooms I was in looked like. Holes in the walls and doors , window was broken so was unable to close it. The music as on till after 1am when it says its only on till 11pm. No towels in any rooms. The locks on the doors was broken and held in with big screws. The beds was broken the smoke alarms hanging from the ceiling. If I could put 0 score i would have.

location was good,,joanne the bar staff member was great

toilet ,struggled to close shower doors no towels,,tv on wrong side of room,,no remote,, couldn't turn radiator off,,no knobs,,,had to leave windows open and the noise from bar and back yard was loud,didnt sleep for 2 nights,,also in the corridor was left over pieces of food for 2 days,,,their mops and buckets were in corridor absolutely smelled disgusting and filthy ,one getting used for bar floor 🤢

The whole place was filthy, didn’t stay there, checked out safer seeing room Hotel as homeless people staying there
