L’accès à l’appartement était tardif car la propriétaire essayait de nettoyer mais à notre grande surprise de la saleté partout (photos à l’appui) accessoires de cuisine manquant pour 6 personnes, de plus le peu utiliser et non nettoyer. Draps housses non échangés, des poils partout, taies d’oreillers non échangés, qui sentaient l’odeur des passagers. Pas de draps, pas de couvertures et pas de serviettes. Tout est sale. L’eau chaude au minimum. A fuir, une catastrophe. Mauvais rapport qualité prix avec taxes supplémentaires sans reçu et non méritées par rapport à d’autre appartement à côté apparemment.

Le propriétaire est une personne sympa, ainsi que son contact Driss. L'emplacement est idéal, près des restaurant, du commerce, de la plage ... Le parking à hauteur de 2,50m pour les voitures avec coffre de toit pas de soucis, L'appartement est spacieux pour les familles nombreuses. La résidence est sécurisée..

Apartment was clean, tidy and cozy. The location was good and the owner was very friendly and flexible.

It is a three bedroom apartment. However, in one of the bedrooms are sofa beds, which is a typical Moroccan style (they call it the guest room). They could better put regular beds there, because there are enough sofas in the living room. Nobody is going to sit in the guest room. Then the apartment becomes even more attractive for families with more than 5 people.

Agreed to let us do late check in

The listing is misleading. We were a family of 6 so booked this as it said it has beds for 6 people. The apartment has only beds for 4 people, not 6 as described. The sofas are also not sofa beds, they are hard narrow sofas that you cannot sleep on. There were only bed covers on the beds, no extra bed covers for more than 4 guests, and only 3 towels. The owner also refused to provide anymore. When we arrived, the apartment had a strong smell of urine, and the bathroom still had toiletries from previous guests. There was food smeared on the walls and floors, making it clear that the place had not been cleaned. The beddings were used and had many stains, and one pillow even had blood on it. When we tried to speak with the owner, he was rude and unwilling to listen, just kept repeating that the details are correct and you are wrong, and you saw photos. Overall, it was a horrible experience. Keep these in mind if you decide to book
