"Comfortable, welcoming in a pleasant quiet neighbourhood."

Breakfast wasn’t as far as I know included but Ed went out and bought bread, butter and jam for me. He could not have been more welcoming or helpful. He made my stay a real pleasure.

I can’t think of anything useful.

"Comfortable, clean, modern room in spacious house with welcoming host."

Welcoming host. Nice, clean room with comfortable bed. Shared bathroom is only used by guests from 2 rooms. Very clean. Great to be able to use the kitchen facilities and living room. Near the lake with a small pier. Parking in front of the house.

Edwin has great hospitality, you feel as if you're at your favorite relatives' home. The location is great you're within 20 minutes of everything, yet you're in a quiet area where you can just relax; a bonus is his dogs, I love them!!!!!

If anyone has a dislike for this place to stay then they need a check up from the neck up!
