Clean , quiet and great alternatives for loadshedding and water shortages.Host was very nice
No mats in the bathroom and the tv didn’t connect well . Strict check in and out times. No heater .

Clean and cozy. They had backup for everything.
That area has water issues we had no running water for our whole stay, it’s not the hosts fault but having to boil water from a bucket to bathe and pour water into the toilet can be a bit of an extra task.

Nothing at all, just the security guy he was friendlier than the hosts
Everything, especially the host. They made me pay an extra R300 on top of my paid booking simply because I checked in after 7pm. The rules of the apartment were too difficult and challenging and made our stay very uncomfortable, to mention just one. It is stipulated in their policy that if you break anything you will be required to pay an amount of R1000. This is not even stated in the Bookings website, information such as these is sent by the host after your booking is confirmed🤦🏾♂️ In the morning when before check out, the host had already sent someone, the person stood at door from when we were still bathing to when we packed up, until we left. It was so uncomfortable it felt like a punishment!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!!

The place was clean and the location good for the purpose of staying there.
Lily, the host was very bad. She does not understand tourism and hospitality. She needs to understand that as clients, We Are King. She was very rude and threatened to cancel our booking just because my team member did not submit an ID at check-in even though I had submitted mine as a person who did the booking. The host couldn't quickly explain the reason for everyone staying in the facility to submit IDs. I found it strange that the host applies her own policy that was not explained before the booking was confirmed. She must also fit air-conditioning in the facility and improve her WI-FI signal.
