Hotel O Kazhakuttam Vadakkumbhagam

once we reached the hotel they said due to season we can not give the room. we sharply reached the property 4pm.They said they will arrange some other place.we left the place and we stayed some other Hotel. Poor response.

no rooms were available. they cheated us.

Absolutely horrible experience! I had booked a room in advance, and the hotel confirmed my booking. However, on the day of check-in, I was shocked to find out that my room had been given to another guest without any prior notice. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely arrogant and disrespectful, showing no concern for the inconvenience caused. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel unless you want your plans ruined and be treated with zero respect. Completely disappointed!

Payment mode not seen in the app so we paid by cash which make 140 rs loss
