"Perfekt ausgestattet, gute Lage, gute Anbindung, netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter."

Sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Fußläufig sind in etwa 100m Entfernung ein Targe-Supermarkt und ein CVS-Drogeriemarkt erreichbar, die BART-Station North-Berkeley liegt maximal 10 Fußminuten die Acton-Street entlang am Target vorbei entfernt. Eine Fahrt nach Downtown San Francisco dauert etwa 40min und kostet unter 5€ (je nach Ziel in SFO). Der Vermieter ist freundlich und reagiert sofort auf Fragen. Und als Letztes: Die typisch amerikanischen Boxspring-Betten sind super bequem und eückenfreundlich.

We enjoyed the updated, spacious kitchen and having access to a full size washer dryer. The host was very communicative.

The property was on the bottom floor, and I didn’t realize that when I booked it. We could hear the people above us quite a bit. Also, we had a small SUV (Rav 4 type), any bigger would not have fit in the driveway.

Everything was really nice and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Laundry was great!

The towels were small and not very thick.
