清潔で、お部屋の使い勝手がとてもよかったです。

明け方4時少し前に火災警報が鳴り、非常階段を使って避難しました。結局、警報装置の誤作動でした。

Perfecta ubicación cerca de atractivos turísticos y de metro/bus

La lavandería. Ofrecen este servicio pero no lo recomiendo, la lavadora no limpia bien la ropa (algunas prendas salieron con manchas) y la secadora no seca. Al hacer el check out se nos olvidó un objeto y hemos tratado de contactar con el hotel en reiteradas ocasiones vía email y Booking, sin obtener ninguna respuesta por su parte.

"Good location but not high standards for Japan"

I liked the location of the hotel very central and the price was not that expensive.

The room was very small, the service provided by staff was not to really high standards for Japan with only the exception of 2 staff members (one quite young man and an elder gentleman). The shower had some hair and the room size was very small.
