The price, the staff, the proximity to the airport

The decor.. Could be prettier. , the sheets clean but worn and so not really white, they need renewing.. The smell of drains in the shower cubicle. The person to drive the van to take us to the airport wasn't there on time at 5.30am so the nightwatchman took it upon himself to drive us there. Luckily, because otherwise we might have got there too late. Hats off to him.
