"Exceeded all my expectations, perfect place to stay at in Marigot!"

This place is truly the perfect place to stay at in Marigot, SXM. Centrally located, on walking distance from Marigot city center where you can find various restaurants, supermarkets and shops, and enough parking spaces available for when one chooses to rent a car to explore the island. The studio in and of itself is exactly as on the pictures, complete with all necessary amenities to ensure a great stay. The bed is comfortable to sleep in, there is a sofa(bed) as well present, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is both a fan and A/C present, the bathroom is the perfect size,and has a washing machine present as well, the toilet is separate (which is a great plus!) and there is a closet present in the apartment for one to unpack and make oneself comfortable. The windows have mosquito screens in front of them, which keeps unwanted bugs out, and the little balcony is lovely to relax on. Also, WIFI is stable and strong within the studio apartment. Upon arrival I was greeted by mr. Collins, who explained in detail how everything worked in the apartment, and Mme. Lucienne was at all times available to answer any questions I'd have. This property is especially great for a long stay, as it's way too easy to feel at home in it. This property will from now on be my regular place to stay at when coming to SXM, and I cannot wait for 2026 to come around, for me to come back! :D

Excellent, fully equipped studio with a lovely balcony. Right by the sea and close to numerous restaurants and lolos. Lucienne welcomed me and was in touch in case of any questions. Wonderful stay. Thank you!

"Home away from home"

Very nice,clean and quiet apartment. Apartment with full kitchen, balcony, netflix and even washing machine. It is within a walking distance to supermarket, local minibus station, ferry terminal and centre of Marigot. Nearest restaurant is just 50 metres away. If you rent car there is plenty of parking space nearby. Lucienne, the landlady is very kind and attentive. This is the place to stay in Marigot.

No complaints whatsoever.

Absolutely amazing!! Beautiful location and right on the beach and walking distance to many bakeries, groceries, and markets!! Would highly recommend! Very responsive hosts as well :)
