Damp in lounge walls Carpets dirty Sofa torn and well used uncomfortable refurbished needed I sent all the pictures to booking. Com Booked.com were very helpful the owner did not comment ….I have given the owner the opportunity to respond not very professional

The baby crib mattress was a little bit overused and dirty

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS APARTMENT IT'S CLEAN SPACIOUS IDEAL LOCATION ME AND MY 86 YEAR MAM HAD A FABULOUS TIME COULD NOT FAULT IT AT ALL.

THERE WAS NOTHING AT ALL WE DIDN'T LIKE.

Communication and organisation from the owners was spot on. Apartment was clean and contained everything you need. Being a basement apartment there was a slight smell of damp but all in all good value for money and great central location

Great location when attending northern soul weekender, parking close by and easy walking distance to soul venues and the tower ballroom. Apartment is clean and well equipped. Decorated and furnished to a high standard. Great communication from the host throughout booking, checking in, during stay and checking out.

Some maintenance required to make this a 10/10. Kitchen cupboards loose, a broken stair 3 stairs up, some damp coming through in the living room under the window. Also found the shower splashed out into the bathroom when in use, would benefit from fully enclosed cubicle.

Clean, modern apartment. Great location. Everything you need.
