Best Western Faisalabad

Brilliant hotel with large rooms and lots of amenities. Check in was smooth, room service /house keeping team was fantastic. A great experience Mr Obed was very helpful and assisted when needed

A little out of area, but most places were accessible

Hotel rooms were very spacious. They had a buffet breakfast with omelette and paratha and a few other items. It was good.

The bathrooms didn’t feel as updated as the rest of the hotel but otherwise we had no real issues. We had some minor issues with the AC but the staff was able to resolve it for us.

Friendly staff and large rooms. That about it.

ayed here on a business trip. Main reason for me was the promise of high speed net line which I need for my business. And that wasnt working. After asking politely for a solution multiple times over a span of 8 hours the staff finally moved me 2 a different room where the connection was better for 1 hour and then stopped working. I payed 20k rps just to sleep basically and stress. I was given a complimentary Chai, however i was still charged for it. After asking the waiter about this he called someone but was told that once booked it can't be cancelled and I was going to be charged for a complimentary cup of Chai. I discussed this with Abed during checkout and he immediately solved this for me. Thank you Abed for your help! . I also wanted to hit the gym at 11 am but wasn't made aware that between 10am-4pm it's ladies time. They should tell this to the guests and at least mention in somewhere easy to find. The food at the restaurant was good, I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. Staff was very friendly. Overall I wasn't too pleased how things were handled and mainly the lack of Internet for a price of 20k a night and I have decided to cancel my booking for another 6 nights and book somewhere else. I received a rather dumb message which I assume they send to everyone. I reduced the rating to 1 star. Instead of decent message they shared this fake apology. See screenshot

We enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable. Highly recommended . It is value for money.

Everything was spot on, staff including housekeeping takes care as a family, especially infant / toddlers.

It was spacious and staff were nice

The shower was dirty and didn’t work properly plus there was no toilet paper in the bathroom either
