Location

Los Prescurea water in bathroom, very hard to take a shower, and no response from owner on our complaint. Broken screen door, out of service induction oven.

The apartment is very well-furnished and modern, everything about the amenities was very comfortable. Communication with the host was good, and access to the apartment was easy due to the code lock.

The location is not even close to where it's being presented on the map. We booked out stay especially because it was close to where Sunwaves was organized this year, but in actuality, the location is much further north than the pin on the map.

Scaunul de masaj, oglinda, balconul

Am ramas cu clanta de la usa din dormitor in mana fara sa trag de ea intr-un mod deosebit, doar inchizand usa normal. Usa de la masina de spalat de sub blatul de la bucatarie nu statea inchisa si am impins putin masina de spalat. Foarte murdar pe jos sub masina de spalat si usa tot nu se inchidea. Micul dejun era ikea style. In frigider produse si le prepari tu. Canapeaua foarte inconfortabila intinsa, dar am pus o saltea suplimentara pe care am gasit-o in dulap. Niste produse de curatat nu ar strica, dar inteleg din ce motiv nu sunt.

Nimic.

In momentul in care am rezervat am contactat proprietatea la ora 21:00 și a fost foarte recalcitranți proprietara ca de ce o deranjam. Apartamentul este mic, canapeaua nu poți sa dormi pe ea, mizerie, baia oribila, când faci dus apa iese afara, se face balta. Aerul condiționat nu a funcționat. Ce mai proasta alegere făcută vreodată

The location & the view

Extra bed was broken and there was no linen for it. The linen for the topper (for the sofa in the living room) it was not changed.

Mi-a plăcut că este la 30 de metri de plaja. Mic dejun Paturile foarte confortabile Fotoliul pentru masaj e un bonus nu neapărat necesar Vederea deosebita lateral spre mare (am putut vedea răsăritul din balcon la sfârșit de august) Accesul în bloc și în apartament pe baza de coduri de access (deși există cartela pentru interfon nu funcționează)

Apartamentul pare cam uzat, mai ales in baie se vad efectele curățeniei superficiale sau nefăcută la timp. Televizorul a trebuit să îl reprogramăm pentru a putea prinde canale digitale, când am ajuns totul era în analog. Micul dejun trebuia pregătit fapt ce ne-a consumat aproximativ 120 de minute din timpul dimineții ( nu ne-am prins la început că plita era în modul child lock), iar aparatul de cafea nu era folosit de mult timp și funcționa relativ parțial (spuma de lapte era formată mai mult din aburi decât din lapte) Mult praf de la construcțiile din împrejurimi și nisip de pe plaja Țânțari cat cuprinde

Big bathroom. Silent air conditioning. Kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast was inside the fridge and consisted of basic refrigerated products bought from the supermarket. These were: salami, bread, eggs, UHT milk, butter, cheese, processed cheese, jam and cereals.

The place was dirty in almost all places that were not immediately visible: The blankets and objects in the wardrobe were full of dust. Underneath the sofa sitting surface and inside the sofa storage box there was dust, crumbles and a lot of hair from previous guests. It looked like nobody bothered to clean these places in years. There were not enough bed linens for all the beds so we huddled 3 persons in the main bed. Greed and corruption allowed the builders to jam and raise these huge apartment buildings with virtually very few parking spots available around them. Our only option was to park clandestinely on a dusty construction site 200m from the building and hope that nothing will happen to our car until morning. The beach was crammed with tourists, as it's so typical for Romanian beaches. This location perfectly reminded us why we spend our summer holidays in other neighboring countries and avoid ours.
