Martiry Suite Apartment

Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos- gut. Gross genug. Wohnung aber recht günstig zum Zentrum gelegen.

Der Treppenaufgang ist grottig. So was habe ich selten gesehen. Feucht und teilweise verrottet. Die nähere Umgebung sieht sehr schlimm aus, teilweise vermüllt und alles beschmiert. Geschirrspülmaschine war defekt und konnte auch nicht repariert werden. Leider gab es in der Küche auch noch einen Ameisenbefall und zwar reichlich. Da der allgemeine Wasserdruck im Haus nicht ausreicht, gibt es in der Wohnung eine Wasserpumpe. Diese hatte allerdings ein Leck, so dass es etwas nass wurde.

Świetna i bezpieczna lokalizacja. Mieszkanie bardzo zadbane, czyste i przestronne. Właściciel pomocny, a odebranie i zostawienie kluczy bardzo proste.

Niewygodne łóżko z bardzo słabą pościelą - prześcieradło było za mało i cały czas się podwijało i zjeżdżało z materaca. Pościel uszyta z dziwnego, sztucznego materiału, pod którym skóra nie mogła oddychać, co jest uciążliwe przy wysokich temperaturach.

La struttura è molto curata, pulita e accogliente. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Ottima posizione, vicina ai principali punti di interesse come bar, ristorante e vicino al centro di Catania.

Non ho particolari aspetti negativi da segnalare, tutto è stato all’altezza delle aspettative.

Not enough hot water, becomes cold after a few minutes

Great apartment, very helpful owner. Great location, it’s close to the train station, center and shops. We are pleased with our stay here :)
