A lovely, spacious room with equally lovely hosts! The breakfast was INCREDIBLE every day eaten on the private porch overlooking palm trees and the mountains! They even do laundry. We walked to town multiple times and our favorite place to eat (Aura cafe) was in between! No shack here but a beautiful mountain escape!

Lage etwas abseits, schwer ein Tuktuk zu bekommen ohne vorher in die Stadt zu laufen, Gastgeber sind nicht besonders freundlich und sprechen so gut wie kein Englisch, Frühstück eher mäßig

Mit die schönste und sauberste Unterkunft unserer Sri Lanka Zeit. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und schön eingerichtet, es war alles da, was man braucht. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichlich und die Besitzer sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir durften uns auch für kleines Geld den Roller des Besitzers für einen Tagesausflug leihen und er hat ein TukTuk zum Bahnhof für uns organisiert. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits, es empfiehlt sich ein Roller, um in die Stadt zu kommen, aber an sich kein Problem.

Einziges (aber kleines) Problem: das Internet ist nicht sehr gut. Für normale Aktionen kein Problem, nur falls man arbeiten muss, telefonieren oder Bilder verschicken will könnte das schwierig sein. Sonst aber überhaupt nicht schlimm, würde trotzdem uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Ubytování bylo dál od centra, což nám nevadilo. Pár nám zavolal známého, který nás vždy odvezl tuktukem. Pokoj byl čistý, měl vše, co jsme potřebovali. Snídani nám dělala hostitelka a byla výborná, domluvili jsme se na čase přípravy a chystali nám ji před pokojem v zahradě. Byli velmi milí, vstřícní. Vše bylo úžasné. Děkujeme!!

A cozy room with a balcony that offers a relaxing environment surrounded by greenery. The hosts are welcoming and the cooking is excellent.

Be aware that the access to the property is steep, but we make it up with a small regular car.

This was a lovely place to stay and had a little walk to ella city centre

Hote super gentil, le logement est super, petit déjeuné au top, frigo mis a disposition, je recommande grandement au gens qui souhaite passer quelques jours a Ella certes peu loin du centre ville mais en tuk tuk pour 500 roupie sinon vous marcher 20/25 min. Vraiment super !!!
