nothing, they weren't even able to show me the room advertised one of the worst accommodations of my life this accommodation should be removed from booking.com entirely

I haven't even been able to see the advertised room. cockroach, lizard, ant, spider, mosquitoes in the room. dirty, torn and worn down bedsheets, with previous guests hair on it. the washroom was extremely dirty, brown, yellow and black dirt on the walls, everything was broken. it is not for any European citizen. I felt so bad and anxious in the room, I couldn't get any sleep, was super tired the entire next day. I used the pillow to kill the insects, roaches, mosquitos coming into the room at night. this accommodation should be removed from booking.com entirely

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a resort that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable and the staff was ready to assist me 24/7. Their dedication to ensuring a memorable stay is truly commendable. One of the highlights of my trip was the incredible safety and comfort I felt throughout my stay. The resort went above and beyond to create a safe and welcoming environment, allowing me to relax and enjoy my vacation to the fullest.

The rooms are comfortable and modern. The food is delicious. We booked a safari through the hotel and were lucky enough to have a wonderful driver/guide, Ravindu, who was very knowledgeable, knew how to spot different birds and animals and took us up close to the elephants. He was a very good driver, we felt safe (we had a small child with us) and had a great time with Ravindu

Everything. The room was clean and spacious. It even had a rare AC for this money. Comfortable bed. You can chill in the garden. Ravidu is a very nice and helpful man. He brought me to the elephant migration home for free. Don't limit your trip to just visiting the National Park - visit the elephant migration home - the most beautiful thing ever! You can order food from the hotel- Ravidu's mother has prepared a delicious and perfect vegetarian breakfast- Istaram hoppers, pancakes with fruits, coconut and honey, toast with jam and butter. Guyana can arrange a safari for you. Very quiet. Very pleasant stay!

The reception was very friendly. As soon as we arrived we were allowed to choose dinner. Then we went to the room, which has 2 big double beds each, mosquito net and socket. Each had a towel and a small water bottle. For example, there are also small shops on the street. Buy snacks. The best thing about the stay was visiting the Udawalawe National Park. We saw an incredible number of animals, and there were no crowds, so the animals were largely undisturbed. I would definitely recommend the accommodation.

This property is truly paradise! Very beautiful. Rooms are self contained, large and modern! Lovely balcony. The name of the main man who took care of us was Ravidu. Was my favorite host in Sri Lanka so far. He is very helpful, warm and friendly! The coffee he makes is the best coffee we have had in Sri Lanka! We saw a lot of elephants when we went on safari. Safaris are arranged at a reasonable price. great

Cute and cozy bungalows set in a lush property. Ravido Best: Kind, knowledgeable and well connected. Not only did he arrange a safari (we saw a tusk elephant!), but he also arranged all our transport to and from Udawalawe. We greatly appreciate all of Ravidu's help and comfortable accommodation in Udawalawa.

We chose to stay at this property because of the good reviews and it was a great decision. The entire property was really clean and well maintained. The included breakfast was delicious and had lots of it! The same goes for the rolled rice curry! They arranged an afternoon safari for us as soon as we got there for a good price and it was amazing, the driver was so knowledgeable. Our best stay in Sri Lanka, we were treated like royalty! Such a cute accommodation and wonderful host! I was made morning tea and offered breakfast as an alternative. It's a unique stay and they even arranged a safari for me the next day and met me at the stay and dropped me off :) Great balcony.Ravidu's mother provided dinner. It is too spicy. It was a fantastic overnight stay! Thank you!
