Il proprietario una persona squisita. Sempre a disposizione anche per ciò che non è previsto. La camera, pulita, spaziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e climatizzazione perfetta con riscaldamento sotto il parquet

Per quanto la luce naturale fosse eccezionale grazie alle 2 finestre in camera e 2 in bagno, l'illuminazione artificiale potrebbe essere migliorata
